Order:

1. Find the desired item.

2. Select color and size

3. Add the item to the shopping cart by clicking on the “Buy this item” symbol. Then you can continue your search if more needs to be traded.

4. Then select “go to checkout” in the right corner.

5. Review your order and press “Next”

6. Fill out the form and press “Approve”.

7. Fill in the payment page, select the payment method and press “complete” (If you leave the page before then, the purchase transaction is not completed)

8. The system will immediately send you an order confirmation on the e-mail you have provided under customer information. .

9. Your order has been received and will be shipped the next business day.

Payment:

Setwar.dk receives payment with Dankort, VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, JBC and VISA Electron.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

Setwar.dk encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Refund:

In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods which are canceled before dispatch, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are made to the card used for ordering.

Right of withdrawal:

There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received (Christmas gifts 2019 can, however, be returned up to and including 5 January 2020). If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it, attached to the standard cancellation form. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of return yourself.
